We are now required to fly under Transport Canada CAR IX. This means every member must have at a minimum a Basic Operation Certificate and register all their models with Transport Canada. Ever member is obligated to follow all Transport Canada rules as well as all MAAC and club rules.

Guest flying is allowed if the guest is from out of town and arrangements have been made with the club executive beforehand. Guest passes will be provided.
Any member bringing a person to fly model that is not a member will have their membership suspended for an undetermined time. Nobody likes this but we will lose our place to fly because of too many non-members disregarding simple to follow rules.
